Does insurance cover your services?

I am a Delta Dental, Cigna, Medi-Cal Provider. For all others, I am considered an Out of Network Provider, Fee for Service Practice. Many PPO insurance companies will reimburse you for these services. The amount of reimbursement will depend on your dental plan. Payment for services will be due at the time of your appointment. Per your request, I can submit your claim to your insurance company for you or provide you with a Superbill (detailed invoice outlining the services received) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
