Tynesha F Calimquim

Ty was raised in Northern California and has over 31 years experience in the dental field; 21 of those years as a California Registered Dental Hygienist. After high school, Ty enlisted in the United States Navy and retired in 2010, after 20 years of service. While in the Navy, Ty worked as a dental assistant and dental hygienist. She graduated from Pensacola Junior College Dental Hygiene Program, sponsored by the United States Navy in 2001, then obtained her California Registered Dental Hygiene license in 2002. Ty later earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University, and completed the Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice program offered at California Northstate University. After Ty retired from the United States Navy, she went on to work 10 additional years for the Department of the Navy as a Dental Hygienist at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, followed by private dental offices, and Indian Health Council.
